1. Freshers – Sponsorship Executive

Qualification:

MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Location:

Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Reporting To:

Founder

Mode of Work:

Flexible (4 days Field + 1 day Office)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

CTC:

₹3,00,000 per annum

Job Description:

Onboard sponsors starting from ₹1 Lakh and above for upcoming Sponsify events.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and brand partners.
Represent Sponsify professionally at meetings and events.

Additional Benefits:

Cab conveyance OR reimbursement for personal vehicle:
- Bike: ₹4/km
- Car: ₹7/km
Performance-based salary hike starting from ₹6,00,000 onwards plus additional perks.

Performance Target:

Secure one sponsor of ₹1 Lakh within the first 2 months.
Secure one sponsor of ₹5 Lakhs in the next 10 months.

2. Experienced Professionals – Senior Sponsorship Manager

Qualification:

MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Location:

Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Reporting To:

Founder

Mode of Work:

Flexible

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

CTC:

₹10,00,000 per annum and above

Job Description:

Onboard sponsors starting from ₹10 Lakhs and above for Sponsify’s upcoming events.
Manage and nurture brand relationships, partnerships, and sponsorship pipelines.
Lead sponsorship pitches and ensure successful deal closures.

Additional Benefits:

Conveyance on actuals
Hotel accommodation for outstation travel

Contract Period:

1 year (renewable based on performance)

Performance Target:

Secure one sponsor of ₹10 Lakhs within the first 2 months.
Secure one sponsor of ₹50 Lakhs in the next 10 months.

Performance Clause:

In case of no performance for 3 consecutive months, employment will be discontinued with one month’s salary provided in advance on the last working day.

Salary Growth:

Based on performance and negotiations, packages can increase from ₹15 Lakhs onwards, along with added benefits and incentives.

How It Works

1. Refer a Sponsor:

Share sponsor details (company, contact person, number) by emailing us at shraddhanjali@sponsify.co.in

2. Earn on Every Deal:

If you close the deal yourself, you earn 10% of the sponsorship amount, credited within 24 hours of Sponsify receiving payment.
If Sponsify’s team closes the deal from your reference, you earn 5% of the sponsorship amount, credited within 24 hours.
