Process of Event Onboarding

At Sponsify, we follow a transparent and result-driven process to onboard events and secure sponsorships that align with the event’s goals and brand positioning.

Discussion & Presentation

An initial meeting or discussion is held with the client to understand the event concept, objectives, and target audience. Following this, Sponsify shares a detailed presentation outlining the sponsorship plan, potential sponsor categories, and expected brand alignments.

Advance Payment & Agreement

An advance payment of ₹3,00,000 is to be transferred to the Sponsify account, against which an assured sponsorship value of ₹10,00,000 will be committed. After this step, a formal legal agreement will be executed, customized as per the event type and mutual discussions.

Dedicated Sponsorship Recruitment

Upon receipt of the advance payment, Sponsify will assign dedicated sponsorship executives for the project. The advance amount will cover their salaries and in-city travel (cab conveyance) until the event date.

Adjustment Against Payout

In the event of successful sponsorship acquisition, the advance amount of ₹3,00,000 will be adjusted against the final payout due to Sponsify.

Refund Clause (Assurance Policy)

If Sponsify fails to secure sponsorships for the event, the advance amount of ₹3,00,000 will be fully refunded within 6 months, as per the refundable clause in the agreement.

Note: Assurance Policy

100% of the advance amount is refundable in case no sponsorships are brought in for the event.
